We roll up & set up

We bring the truck, the team, the flavours and all the supplies to your event. Nothing for you to rent, store, or scoop.

Your cause keeps the proceeds

We charge a simple base rate based on your event size — that's the minimum, so the truck always shows up. Everything you raise above it goes to your organization. The more you sell, the more you keep.

Your crowd buys scoops

Guests pay your team directly, per scoop, at a price you help set. The money goes to your organization, not us. Ice cream is the easiest upsell there is.

  • The truck. A vintage trailer in Sweetie pink, fully equipped, fully insured. COI provided for your venue.
  • Two staff. Friendly, fast at moving lines, handling every scoop so your volunteers can work the crowd.
  • Five flavours. Hard ice cream, one dairy-free option always. Requests accommodated depending on availability.
  • Bowls + spoons. Provided for every guest, ready to scoop.
  • A simple flat rate. One transparent fee for the truck, everything sold above it goes to your cause.
  • Flexible service window. 90 minutes standard. Extend to keep the line going as long as the crowd's there.
